Our Commitment At Lunara & Co, we take pride in the quality of our fragrances. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we want you to shop with confidence.
Returns Due to the nature of fragrance and personal care products, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or removed from their original sealed packaging — unless the item is defective or damaged.
We accept returns on unopened, sealed items in their original packaging within 14 days of the delivery date.
To initiate a return, please contact us at [your email address] with your order number and reason for return. Items must be returned at the customer's expense unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Exchanges We offer exchanges on unopened items within 14 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
