1. Overview These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of lunaraandco.co.za (the "Site") and any purchases made through it. By accessing our Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Lunara & Co is a South African business operating in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

2. Eligibility By using our Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

3. Products We reserve the right to limit the sale of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. Product descriptions, images, and pricing are as accurate as possible, but we do not warrant that they are error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to update product information at any time without notice.

All fragrances are for personal use only. Resellers must enter into a separate reseller agreement with Lunara & Co.

4. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept payment via the methods listed at checkout.

5. Orders Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. You will be notified and refunded promptly if your order is cancelled by us.

6. Shipping & Delivery Orders are processed and shipped in accordance with our Shipping Policy. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the courier.

7. Returns & Refunds Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA) are not limited by these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property All content on this Site — including logos, images, product names, copy, and design — is the property of Lunara & Co and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lunara & Co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Site or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

10. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.

11. Changes to These Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
